How to rebound?

If you have done something wrong in the beginning and have all poor performance indicator, I am sorry!

Maybe you can try to minimize your capacity to focus on high-end market only.
1) sell some excess plants
2) enhance quality to be the highest team.
3) focus in only 1 market
4) Use celebrity with excess advertisement.
5) Price higher because the market can eat all your tiny stocks.

High Quality will give you better image even the market share is low. EPS will be increased by higher profit margin.

Don't try to expand and start price war, you cannot grab the entire market and the financial status will get much poorer. (See how our team did bad)

How to win Business Strategy Game Online

Many universities use the Business Strategy Game (by Glo-Bus Software) to teach MBA/BBA students in Business Strategy subjects. This game is also bundled with McGraw-Hill's textbook.

I am an MBA student in Hong Kong. I played this game and failed to win. However, I would like to share my progress and results with other students around the world.

Actually the game highly depends on you and your rivals' attitude. If everybody is conservative, the game is boring. If some of them are aggressive, the game is fun and every round is a bloody killing field.
